Long time ago i made a thread with all the basics of looksmaxxing

since its a synthethic version i was thinking of making a more complete version with more (obv not the more specific things since its still supposed to be a beginner guide)

What do y guys think?

I think ill use the other one as a base and from there add more and more things

man i accidentaly deleted the tab of the thread and i lost 1 fucking week worth of writing
