New diet will it help/get result

So tomorrow I will start my new diet where I completely cut sugar except fructose or what it’s called will this get result/ be useful in skin or bodyfat
 
By cutting out all sugar except fructose, what do you mean?

Ohhhh yeah that’ll be great for your skin then OP! It’ll help with your inflammation which will then make your facial bloat (if you have any) decrease.
For BF% only thing that’ll change that is a calorie deficit and going to the gym regularly to build muscle.

Yeah I got to the gym often but can’t rly build a lot of muscle although I train to failure and have good rest etc. idk but it’s something I will look into once I’m older

So rn im like it’s kind of a cut bcs I’m very lean but I haven’t bulked so none. I also don’t wanna start a bulk rn because soon I will have end exams in PE and I gotta do some cardio things like sprinting and running. Don’t wanna do that on a bulk.

But does bulking will make a big difference

Eat at maintenance calories for now.
Oh sorry no I’m not cutting I’m just eating maintenance rn sry. But I’m trying to get to like 70kg or so I’m barely at 60 rn and I’m 1.84cm tall and still growing

If you want to gain weight, go on a bulk. Your muscles and height will also grow too. I have never heard of a bulk affecting cardio but then again I’m not a gym pro. You don’t have to go heavy, a lean bulk should be fine. Just add 300/500 calories to your daily maintenance!

No with cardio I mean I can’t do a Cooper test with like plus 20kg.

When is the test? I doubt you will gain that much so quickly with a lean bulk lol
