For BF% only thing that’ll change that is a calorie deficit and going to the gym regularly to build muscle.

Eat at maintenance calories for now.
If you want to gain weight, go on a bulk. Your muscles and height will also grow too. I have never heard of a bulk affecting cardio but then again I’m not a gym pro.
