I've got as much feedback as I possibly can and here's what I'm gonna do:

.change hair style + improve hair quality
.Improve mouth to nose ratio
.lash lift + castor oil
.weight loss
.improve circles around eye
. I might dye eyebrows not sure tho since it could look uncanny

Skin quality has already inproved since here (skins clear now aside from acne marks). May hardmaxx in the future depends how much I can ascend by 18 but if i do i think ill only get a lip lift or something like that. How many points can all this ascend me?
