I think I just found an insane play. Everyone is obsessed with debloating through a no salt diet but they’re ignoring the most basic drainage system we have: the tear ducts. I call it Crymaxxing.

The Theory: Lacrimal Drainage & Carotin Secretion

We all know about "salt bloat" and water retention in the infraorbital area (the skin under your eyes). Most guys look tired or "puffy" because their faces are holding onto excess fluid and toxins.

When you trigger a deep "Cry Session," you are activating the Crymaxxing Loop:

  1. Carotin Release: Intense crying triggers the sebaceous glands near the eyelids to secrete a specific form of liquid carotin. This isn't the stuff in carrots; it’s a natural lipid that coats the skin, giving it that "glassy" or "crystal" look post-cry.
  2. Sub-Dermal Drainage: The physical act of sobbing creates a micro-vacuum effect in the sinuses. This pulls stagnant water out of the cheek tissues and flushes it through the lacrimal ducts.
  3. The "Sadness Glow": After the initial redness fades, the salt in the tears acts as a mild astringent, tightening the pores and sucking the water out of the skin cells for a temporary "shrink-wrap" effect on your bone structure.

The Routine

Don’t just "tear up." You need to hit the Max-Effort Sob to see results.

  • Frequency: 2x per week.
  • The Method: Watch the beginning of Up, look at some photos of yourself, or just think about your height.
  • The Window: You need to cry for at least 10 minutes to ensure the carotin fully coats the facial
