dermal looks cool but be considerate of the fact that they're.. well.. dermal and therefore temporary therefore likely to leave a scar eventually. i have an eyebrow piercing that i've taken good care of so it's lasted like 3 or 4 years but keep in mind you won't have it forever and the anti eyebrow has a higher rejection rate than just regular eyebrow piercing. it's not a matter of "if" but "when" it rejects. if you don't care about potential scarring in the future then go ahead. i'm fine with my eyebrow piercing because the scar from it isn't super noticeable with my eyebrow covering it when the day comes.
edit: also every single oral piercing WILL fuck your teeth up except for vertical labrets which don't go inside the mouth so keep that in mind. smileys (i think that's what you edited?) also have a very high rejection rate and will fuck your front top teeth up. sorry to be a downer.

Theyre reverse angel fangs/kitten bites, they cause damage but its less than smileys and from what I heard its slower, also if I take care if it properly the anti eyebrow should last 3-4 years and the scar shouldn't be noticeable unless it just rips out

as much as i adore anti eyes, they have an extremely high rate of rejection, i dont recommend getting one unless ur fine with the short life span of the piercing
