bc your iq is low there is no difference 90iq and 70iq

I know nicotine can’t be good but how bad is it in terms of looks min? I have been off for 3 days and it’s just a random thought.
Although it might seem like a random thought, this is actually the most noticeable change for those who quit. Scientifically nicotine dehydrates the skin and causes it to lose elasticity. Every day you don't use it, your skin actually retains more moisture and looks brighter

That actually makes sense

My skin looks better when I quit that’s about it

Not much at all, but other things can absolutely rrape your skin elastin long term as things like cigarettes or other tobacco products have more shit and also the smoke aspect, but if its just a nic pouch youre good

I recently also quit nicotine, use buprupione as it pretty much completely removes withdrawl symptoms and cravings
