These are the best pictures I could have used,this is not my nose but basically
Orange=Already inserted (Mono thread)
Red=future mono threads
Blue=cog threads for lifting.

Now I personally used a mono thread on the dermal layer closer to the epidermis for the the kind of peak you wanna get,the other mono threads are for structure and they will be a subdermal,also the cog threads are ideally subdermal. I will do the rest tomorrow and I have a feeling I’ll nail it.

You can increase definition of the nose bridge by inserting the mono threads from the Supratip up the nose bridge. But generally for lifting cog threads are king.

Or for example you can use mono threads subdermally not in the infraorbital region but near it.

Very smart I might do that because I have so many mono screw threads! I generally also want a mild fox eye lift my goal is not to look too low trust so this might make me more adorable.
