I use this method to fraud my height basically every day at school and I have never gotten caught and it is incredibly ez to do in any scenario.

1. Get a pair of thick long length socks
2. Stuff them into the soles of your shoe and lay them flat on the bottom of the shoe
3. They wont be able to fully fit so ball up whatever remaining sock there is at the heel.
4. Put the shoes on and enjoy your new life anywhere from 0.5...

I just feel like the science and effort on org is a lot better. I dont gaf abt the sub culture too much bc I rlly just wanna ascend. I understand that some ppl initially wan tto improve there looks but then get sucked in and it sort of becomes like an online comfort community for them.
