I cannot emphasise how important megadosing vitamins can be and how certain vitamins complement and contradict eachother. For example- calcium is fucking useless if not paired with k2 for absorption. You can't js order any multivitamin you need to study a stack perfect for you or you will NEVER see results. Chat gpt can be a great tool. When I see megadose I don't mean overdose, research what the upper limit is. Or js blast peptides, bieng natty is fcking stupid

Multivitamins are js random slop sold to mums for profit. No absorption or counteracting studying js random shit thrown together. Be independent and have ur own personal stack or else you'll have no changes.
