Plan :
Exercise
Heavy powerlifting workout 1.5-2 hours Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Muay thai 2 hours Tuesday and Thursday.
15 minutes of stretching after heavy workouts, 10 minutes of stretching before and after muay thai.
Saturday and Sunday rot in swamp ( ).
Gay shit
Minoxidil twice a day on face for attempted beard,
Keep growing thicker eyebrows with some placebo serum shit I bought along with castor oil.
Dye eyebrows black even though they are already pretty much black.
Eventually dye beard black if I can grow a full one to match eyebrows. Might even be black naturally?
Diet
Breakfast :
4 fried eggs, 3DL's of oatmeal with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
Lunch :
Whatever kind of shit my school serves, eat until I puke on the estrogenic soycucks.
1st dinner :
Whatever mom has in the fridge, probably chicken or meat matched with rice or potatoes.
2nd dinner :
Same as 1st.
Night snack :
Two big pieces of bread with butter, cheese and ham.
Snacks inbetween meals :
Protein-shake or some gay ass protein bar.

76kg (Auschwitz mode)
Starting arm measurement :
36cm (was 38.5 before JFL its over)
Goal weight :
86kg (+10kg)
Goal arm measurement :
