Adhd meds already help a lot,
For me it helped a lot to reduce my screen time, i went from 9h per day to two.
Sleeping a lot is also a big factor. Another rec i can gove you is to start slow and build habits,

I know everyone says shit like this but its the only thing to work,
You gotta put in even a little work. Doesnt matter how small

Adhd meds are definitely good, I took mine today and produced music for 11 hours
