Ok I finally had an video consultation session for a hair transplant. Would the second pic be a notable improvement?

Nothing is final yet, an in person evaluation will settle that.

29. Norwood 3 in appearance? I actually don't believe I receded much at all as my birth hairline is just that bad.

You might want to take fina+ Minoxidil before considering hair transplant. Have you reached Norwood 3 Nexus ( balding at the top ) ?

Ouch yeah you might consider a hair transplant but just know that it takes a long time before seeing proper results and that there's a lot of maintenance to do.

Oh yes I'm well aware. Would that outline make a meaningful difference? I was a bit disappointed ngl as I wanted something lower, but I was told that wasn't possible due to the frontalis muscle.

Yeah since its pretty bad in your case, especially if you did take fin and minox
