These supplements should be the only ones you should be taking,more then that is pointless because if you can’t get it in your diet then fix it.
Hormonal synthesis and health:
-Vitamin D3
-Magnesium (Citrate ideally)
-Zinc
-L-Arginine
-Vitamin E
-Selenium and Iodine (Iodine sometimes not needed if you use the salt)
Other health aspects (Cardiovascular,ATP,Anti Oxidant,Skin,Structural)
-Calcium
-Collagen (or gelatin)
-Melatonin (high dose 30-150mg)
-Taurin
-Q10
-Vitamin C
To be honest that’s all you need,sounds a lot but lots of these are conbined together like D3 and calcium jus5 f9r example. Every other thing is stupid to get and useless like herbs from china. Also get lots of these in your own diet diet mostly except some that you can’t exactly get.
