If you struggle to eat calories this is the way to go sometimes. You can put anything in the blender : protein powder, fruits, peanut butter, oats/barkey/buckwheat flour, maltodextrin, cocoa, honey, any type of milk, yogurts etc etc

peanut butter and protein powder genuinely is the only thing that got me back to a reasonable weight
 
my fav smoothie to make for gaining weight
for reference i went from like 33kg to 40kg without even touching a gym in no time with this
it was:
  • 2 heaped table spoons of crunchy peanut butter (and i mean HEAPED)
  • a cup of greek yoghurt
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
  • a banana
  • some honey (as much as u want)
  • some milk (so its drinkable or else its thick as)
  • 6 strawberries
  • handful of blueberries
  • oats (idk how many i added)
  • flax seeds n shit
