depends how u make it. I take unflavored protein powder and add strawberry, bananas, etc etc, then put it all in a blender. usually it turns out decent enough. good for a bulk too.Is it worth it? Benefits?

If you struggle to eat calories this is the way to go sometimes. You can put anything in the blender : protein powder, fruits, peanut butter, oats/barkey/buckwheat flour, maltodextrin, cocoa, honey, any type of milk, yogurts etc etcIs it worth it? Benefits?

peanut butter and protein powder genuinely is the only thing that got me back to a reasonable weightIf you struggle to eat calories this is the way to go sometimes. for reference i went from like 33kg to 40kg without even touching a gym in no time with this
it was:
- 2 heaped table spoons of crunchy peanut butter (and i mean HEAPED)
- a cup of greek yoghurt
- 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
- a banana
- some honey (as much as u want)
- some milk (so its drinkable or else its thick as)
- 6 strawberries
- handful of blueberries
- oats (idk how many i added)
- flax seeds n shit
