Guide to bone density and forward growth

Why are you recessed
The answer is simple. The causes of bone recession are genetics, environment, allergies, open mouth breathing, unhealthy eating, smoking and lack of sleep. All of these are ruining your potential.

My protocol
First, find out the reason for your recession, answer these following question for your self.

Do i eat unhealthy?

Do I smoke and drink?

Do i breathe with my mouth?

Do I optimize sleep?

Do i have allergies?

After thinking about what the cause may be, its time to organize the right protocol for you tailored to your issues.

Healthy eating is one of the key factors,
Certain foods have amino acids that contribute to bone growth, IGF-1 factor, and osteoblast strength. If you're deficient in magnesium, vitamin D, or calcium, this could cause heavy lose in bone density, heightening your intake in meats and vegetables. These not only contain vtaimins such as vitamin D, they also contain amino acids such as arginine that stimulates pituitary release which then releases GH (growth hormone)

If you smoke or drink, it is suboptimal for osteoblast production because nicotine inhibits (stops) bone forming and stimulates osteoclast production and causing oxidative stress (which actually causes a bone decay)

Breathing through your mouth will form a recessed mandible growth and maxillary growth because it is suboptimal for mechanical stress which down regulates forward growth also creates tooth crowding because say you breathe with your mouth all the time means that your tongue is at the bottom of your mouth and not at the palette (upper mouth) which creates less mechanical loads and less mechanical loads/ stress means less osteoblast production. short answer if you don't use it ya lose it. Start making sure your tongue is at the roof of your mouth. Good poster in general promotes a closed mouth breathing and keep up tongue poster ( mewing)

Optimizing sleep is actually way more important for bone growth and health than you probably think. When you sleep, your pituitary naturally releases more gh (growth hormone). Also gives your body time to optimize growth at proper rest. For quick sleep results make sure your place of rest is nice and clean, nice silky pillows and make sure to make your bed at night and make sure to get some mouth tape also taking melatonin on top of all that will optimize sleep.

If you have allergies (short answer) you will mostly breathe with your mouth open, take claritin or optimize your place of sleep meaning clean once a week and make sure your air isn't filled with allergens.
