orbicularis oris muscle

Its kinda visable in my face, not that much as in this pic tho

do you know how to get rid of it ?

I already know how to chew and swallow correctly, so i dont this this is a cause.
Am i smiling too much ?
Keep in my im low in bf.

as far as I know you can’t really shrink something like that except through maybe surgery, like i know there is such thing as masseter reduction so why not this
