you can do a facelift with the threads, or you can actually give yourself a DIY fox eye lift, however it looks uncanny ASF when you do the fox eye lift.

you can also smooth wrinkles and fix fine lines, and if you struggle with bad smile lines they can help

Are simple skin/facial muscle readjustment surgeries too far for you? like canthoplasty
I personally think I would draw the line at leg lengthening and any super invasive bone related surgeries like orbital box osteonomy or orbital decompression.

I would do genioplasty and maybe double jaw but the most id be willing to do is a lefort 2 on the maxilla for the bimax
