Serious Lower Jaw surgery and teeth extraction?.

Hello. I currently live in sweden and i am a 19(07) year old guy. I have som jaw problems and i have Waited to fix it for a long time in a waiting list. I have now gotten the chance to talk to orthtodontist for Braces. They say i need both surgery for my lower jaw and braces. I was fine with it until they Said i need to take out two premolars from my front Jaw and two from my lower jaw. To sum upp the bite problems i have. I have a underbite,crossbite and a open bite. I went to another dentist to see if i could get invisalign and immediately when she saw me she Said this is not fixable with invisalign. From what she saw she Said my lower jaw is way to Big compared to my upper jaw. she Said i needed lower jaw surgery Aswell but she could not see the reason as to why they needed to take two teeth from my upper jaw. She Said i need surgery for my lower jaw and that i need to take out two teeth and pull back my lower jaw to match with my upper jaw. My question is can someone help me as to what i should do. One dentist said i should get lower jaw surgery and take out two Lower jaw teeth and the other Said i need to take out four. I asked both of these dentists if they could maybe give me upper Jaw surgery or something instead of taking out teeth to match with my upper jaw. They said my teeth would not match and it wouldnt work but i dont know. I feel like lefort to fix the underbite and then lower jaw to fix the crossbite would work good. But i really dont know and i need help. I Will show pictures of me and my bite now.

one dentist Said i need four extractions. The other two. The One with four extractions saw xrays and everything so thata Maybe why she Said four but idk. Either way im scared of extraction and if i do get it i am pretty sure i Will become even More recessed

hey dont get lower jaw surgery, ur maxilla is already recessed and ljs is just gonna make your mandible just as recessed. idk abt the premolar part, id try to ask to not do it. do bimax if you can you'll probably be able to fix ur bite in one surgery
