I’m Mandy and I will tell you why cokemaxxing is optimal this summer,and I will also scold to those who weren’t fucking cokemaxxing!
So,why drink Coca Cola in general or this especially this summer?
I don’t care if it’s Diet Coke,Coke zero or regular coke they all have benefits. First we will be discussing regular coke,not only is it delicious and refreshing,it’s the most hydrating drink this summer. Sugar also boosts electrolyte absorbtion,so you will you be more hydrated way more forme coke,electrolyte drinks,the only drink that beats it is milk. Also the sugar releases insulin,which can be god recovery after light intense physical activity outside.



Now in terms of the other versions of coke,not flavors but the zero calorie versions like diet and zero sugar, If you’re on a cut,there have been instances where people lost more weight when drinking more Diet Coke compared to water like a ratio. It dosen’t have the same hydrating properties without sugar but it still does. But muh zero and diet give cancer,I don’t fucking know just only drink Diet Coke and zero sugar on a cut. Sucrose,the sugar in Coco cola is made out of glucose and fructose,they are bound together not isolated. Both glucose and fructose are needed to synthesize cholesterol in the liver for testosterone because cholesterol is needed for testosterone production and it also enables the conversion of T4 to T3 with the aid of selenium. Think about it,have a bottle of it in your hand outside and you’ll be good forever. Think about it,why do the oldest people always drink soda and also swear that it’s what made them live that long?
