i am DEFINITELY not fat
im not really bloated either..

You don't look trans at all.

Budget friendly: lash lift and chin filler.

But if you can afford surgery, I recommend a sliding genioplasty for a permanent look.

Yes I did. It changes your facial harmony and I agree with lots of people that a nose job is as major as jaw surgery in terms of how it impacts your looks.

Aftercare tips (YOU SHOULD DO IT):

1- Sleep on your back for six months, your nose is still healing and the bone might deviates.

2- don't pick your nose for six months. Lightly clean your nose with a napkin, or use cotton swaps.

3- your surgeon will tell you to buy a nasal spray to clean your nosetrills with (to remove the blood clots and gives relief for the nose). I used a product called Apisal.

4- you won't be able to shower (or wash your hair) until the main bandages are removed.

unfortunately uneven nosetrills after the surgery is a common aftermath, so you should talk it out with your surgeon to be careful.

what kind of nose do u think would suit me? mines rly bad rn id say from the side
 
also no, you don't look trans or masculine in any way, it's all due to your jaw, but tbh a recessed jaw looks feminine.
 
dude trust me i know my jaw is recessed but many girls have recessed jaws that still look harmonious, my nose IS BIG and getting rhino would help meeven if i get a genio in the future

which means that you are not as lucky as them, or that their noses are too small or not projected enough. Your nose is NOT big and if you get an harmonious one now it will look weird when you have bimax. You can have both bimax and rhino at the same time anyway.

my nose is big bro what do u not understand??
i obviously know i can get bimax and rhino but im 15 so im obviously not going to get bimax at this moment????
