I am not exactly sure if an overbite immediately equates to a projected maxilla… but I have been told I have bimaxillary protrusion.

It could just be the lighting or maybe my appearance is deteriorating by the day. I can drop side profile photos in PM’s if anyone is interested in helping.

an overbite doesn't automatically mean ur upper jaw is projected, and bimaxillary protrusion can still look like a flat midface, it depends on a lot of things like ur cheekbone structure, soft tissue, lighting, etc etc. any day to day deterioration ur seeing is almost definitely camera, lighting, or ur perception changing, not ur bones.

Okay good to know. How do you think I could improve this? Or would it just be better for me to get older and resort to surgery/peptides?

most of it is bone structure, so non-surgical changes are pretty limited. optimize posture, lower bf%, etc will slightly improve appearance, but real changes in projection will require surgery or targeted intervention.

Ahhh, okay. It seems like I’ve lucked out. Will GLP-1 mess up the puberty process? I’d resort to at home work outs, but I have to get surgery. Sorry for all the questions. 😭

they can affect appetite and weight, but there's no strong evidence they directly mess w/ puberty hormones. it's risky tho, if u can get surgery later, for now I'd recommend just focusing on healthy nutrition and at home workouts.

Hmmm. Would it be intrusive to ask you to give me advice? I’d hate to be a bother, but I am curious as to what I can improve.
