I have an overbite no overjet. its rather weird as my mandible is not recessed at all and my maxilla isnt even that projected so without opening my mouth it is impossible to tell i have an overbite. I'm wondering if wearing the elastics will recess my maxilla and cause my mandible to be projected to the point it looks weird. i have done significant research on the topic and it makes logical sense that it pushes the maxilla back and the mandible forward but half of my research concludes that it only moves teeth which i don't see how thats possible. I'm looking for clarification on exactly what wearing the elastics will do to my bones. (i could just jutt during dentist visits to larp overbite correction)
