I'm about to get braces. I've heard since obv they straighten my teeth it will unlock my mandible, and so it can slide into a regular position, and not be as recessed. To do this I need my maxilla to not be recessed also. What do I do. My mandible and maxilla are both recessed, if I try to move my chin forward my bottom teeth hits my upper teeth. What do I do???
