When I was young I couldn’t even fit my tounge in my mouth. I got a palate expander early and it did so much. I can put my tongue to the roof of my mouth and my tongue barely touches my teeth.

Ngl i think it made my face asymmetrical, one zygo got more prominent which had an impact on all the other features
