Parents think im a loser

Every year they usually emphasize that they want all As and I should study but not this year. This year they’re telling me to have fun and make friends. They said they don’t care about my grades but to just enjoy school. They know I have no friends and keep asking me if im okay. I think they know im super depressed but Ik so awkward. I struggle making conversation with my parents and always feel so uncomfortable talking to them because im awkward and don’t know what to say. I wish I was a normal person
