PCT looking straight,NCT while looking down ?

While looking down however the outer corner points downIMG_20190722_215418.jpg

Any idea why that might be ?

Oh,I'm sorry isn't this a negative tilt though ?
Maybe it's just scleral show idk I feel like something's wrong with my eyes
