PDO threads for low set eye area

i saw clav's video of PDO threads, and already have a decent eye area but believe that these would improve it for the low set appearance , how do they fully work so i can test them on myself and post results

1: dont listen to clav for advice half the shit he says is js straight bs
2: do your research
3: no they cant make ur eyes more lowset u need either fat or bonemass to make your eyes more lowset its that simple

I would sttongly advise aginst going anywhere near your eye area with a needle due to the nerve density
