Has anyone seen any significant height increase on erda? Like I've only seen people who stopped after 3 cm (mostly) I have yet to see something like a huge height gain from someone, anyone of you who's been on it long term?

Doubt erda adds a significant amount of height. Prolly only adds like 1-3 inches of height which is still meh.

Depends on age, after puberty hgh doesn’t increase height.
