Im not too familiar with the many types of peptides, can someone tell me if there are any peptides supporting hair growth and follicle health (resilience)?

Preferably, peptides that don't have nasty side-effects.

Go to this website called indiamart and buy trenbolone from there i use it for hair growth
Thanks for the info, is it oral or injected? I've heard of people orally ingesting it.

IndiaMART is a great place to source all your compounds, but ffs, don't use tren for hair growth. That shit is going to convert to DHT and cause hair loss. If you want to grow hair, just take 2.5 mg oral minoxidil and dutasteride, but don't use dutasteride if you're under 16, or you'll regret it.

Yeah, i wasnt too sure if "tren" was trenbolone, once i found that out i realised thats rubbish it will definetly not increase hair quantity or follicle resilience.

HELL NAH. these are the things that peptides do to you.

1. Hormone System Damage
Suppresses natural GH production (your body becomes lazy)
Can mess up puberty timing
Can disrupt testosterone balance
Long-term hormone imbalance is hard to reverse

2. Abnormal Bone Growth (Vry IMPORTANT)
Can cause uneven bone growth
Risk of acromegaly-like symptoms (jaw, hands, feet thickening)
Can close growth plates early shorter final height
Facial bones can grow weirdly, not “model like”

GH ≠ controlled bone shaping
It grows everything, not just what you want

3. Heart & Organ Enlargement
Heart enlargement - future heart failure risk
Enlarged liver, kidneys
Increased blood pressure
Long-term cardiovascular strain

4. Insulin Resistance & Diabetes
Raises blood sugar
Can cause insulin resistance
Increases Type 2 diabetes risk
Especially dangerous if diet isn’t perfect

5. Sleep Problems (Ironically)
Night sweats
Restless sleep
Vivid nightmares
Sleep rhythm disruption

GH is tied to deep sleep peptides can mess that up

6. Physical Side Effects
Joint pain
Wrist pain / carpal tunnel syndrome
Muscle stiffness
Edema (water retention, puffy face)
Tingling or numbness in hands/feet

7. Mental Side Effects
Anxiety
Mood swings
Irritability
Emotional numbness in some users

8. Injection & Quality Risks
Most peptides are UGL (underground labs)
Contaminated or fake products
Infection risk
Incorrect dosing permanent damage
No medical supervision

9. Cancer Risk (YesReal)
GH stimulates cell growth
Can accelerate existing cancer cells
Increases risk of tumors over time

These give real GH increases without damage:
Deep sleep (before 11 PM is huge)
Sprinting
Fasting 12–14h
Low sugar
Zinc + magnesium from food
Cold showers
Strength training
Being lean (fat kills GH)

It AINT that importent to look a bit good twin. Money-personality-faith-dicipline-looks… all of these are aspect of life and there are a lot of them looking good is only one of them.

FYI, read my title.
Theoretically i am a post-pubertal Male on Ipamorelin + CJC-1295 no DAC for 200µg each. I am lean, not insulin resistant nor in a high sugar diet. I do not experience weird dreams (vivid dreams) or carpal tunnel, because at a properly researched dosage it is almost impossible.

Most of your claims seem emotionally exaggerated and false. Only two points actually are supported, thats point 6. and 8.

1. Hormone system damage: In healthy adults, ipamorelin and DAC-free CJC-1295 stimulate endogenous, pulsatile GH release and do not suppress natural GH production in the way exogenous HGH does, with no solid evidence of permanent hormonal shutdown or testosterone disruption at moderate doses.

2. Abnormal bone growth: Acromegaly-like changes, uneven bone growth, facial deformation, or premature growth-plate closure are associated with chronic pathological GH or IGF-1 excess and are not supported by evidence at physiological peptide-induced GH levels in post-pubertal adults.

3. Heart and organ enlargement: Cardiac or visceral organ hypertrophy occurs in long-term GH excess states and has not been demonstrated in human data for ipamorelin/CJC at modest dosing that keeps IGF-1 within or near reference range.

4. Insulin resistance and diabetes: Growth hormone can transiently increase blood glucose, but ipamorelin is among the most glucose-neutral GH secretagogues, and in lean, insulin-sensitive individuals without a high-sugar diet, clinically meaningful insulin resistance is unlikely.

5. Sleep effects: Because GH secretion is tied to sleep architecture, some users experience changes such as deeper sleep or vivid dreams, but objective or subjective sleep disruption is not consistently observed and responses vary individually.

6. Physical side effects: Mild edema, joint stiffness, or transient nerve symptoms can occur due to GH-related fluid shifts, though these are significantly less frequent and less severe than with injected HGH and are typically reversible.

7. Mental and emotional effects: Reports of anxiety, mood swings, or emotional blunting are largely anecdotal, with no strong clinical evidence demonstrating a consistent neuropsychiatric effect from these peptides.

8. Injection and quality risks: The most substantiated risk is related to sourcing, sterility, contamination, mislabeling, and dosing errors, which are independent of the pharmacology and mitigated only through rigorous analytical verification and sterile technique. (Which i do, just for context i run a HPLC for the peptide and agardiffusiontest for the bac water, ensuring purity and sterility.

9. Cancer risk: Growth hormone and IGF-1 can theoretically accelerate the growth of pre-existing malignancies, but there is no convincing evidence that peptide-induced physiological GH stimulation initiates cancer in otherwise healthy adults.

Please, before you tell me to do research, do it yourself. No hard feelings, i'm also here to inform.
Besides, like i just wanted to know if there is a peptide for that, i didnt want to be forcibly taught.
