Its usually the same things everyone lacks eye area minox and ghk for lash n brow length n thickness tret or tazarotene for skin and a major debloat if you wanna go further roids are always an option. After that surgerys always there

Kshamis debloat i never tried it. But i will say it has herbal extracts that are made for fluid retention and reducing water in the face a good source is dandelion root extract tho that usually takes water in the face out fast and bunch of other reas
