guys i just got my 4th teeth pulled and put the wire back on my teeth

i'm thinking since my palates/gums are most sensitive and it's remodeling cause the teeth moving

i should hard thumbpull till whenever

(before your bitchass say cope thumb pressure is at fucking 300kpa compared to 3kpa tongue pressure)

thumbpulling is cope just get one of those face hugger pully thingys connected to your uper jaw and let it sit there for a few months and boom you have like 3-5 mm of foward growth
