Bad posture can cause headaches, this is a lose-lose since you get a headache and become more incel than before.
A lot of this advice is just hypothesis and theory, I don't know how good it is long-term. YMMV
Alright I shall begin.
Firstly, invest in high quality chairs, that is the most important thing. If you have a bicycle or motorcycle, invest in high quality seats. Someone might buy a bicycle to get healthy, but if it has a low quality seat then it can be counter-productive to that. If you have a computer, invest in a chair that has a high quality headrest and lumbar support. Do not heed the corporate propaganda of not putting headrests in chairs. If you have a TV, invest in a couch. You want to change up what you are doing often. If you are at the computer for an hour, then play videogames on your TV for an hour after, then ride a bicycle for an hour. And the TV should have a couch instead of using the same seat as the computer.
Then, bedding. I am a person that cannot mew because I cannot put the back of my tongue on the roof of my mouth. So its important for me what posture I have in the bed. Try out weird postures. For example, put a pillow on your back so your head falls backwards like this:

You will know it is working if you start to feel your sinus clear out. You should be able to feel and hear your bones or cartilage popping and making sounds and mucus draining from your sinuses, and your headache will start to decrease. This is basically the same as mewing, your bones crave better posture and you are giving better posture to your bones.
You may feel discomfort of your skin and muscles, this is unavoidable as your skin will take a while to get used to your new posture. It is important to notice if your bones are comfortable, if your bones are comfortable but your skin is uncomfortable, you are doing it correctly. If both your bones and skin is uncomfortable you are doing something incorrectly. It is important not to go too fast and try to accelerate this too quickly, it takes a while to correct bad posture, you do not want to try to have good posture too fast, make your posture only half as improved as it should be, your bones may get arthritis if you get good posture too quickly.
And you can try the french girl pose, this is to help the muscles and bones of the back, I found putting my hand behind my back to support was very comfortable.
Another thing is boredom, staying in one pose for too long will make you feel boredom and your muscles will want to stretch and move around.
