- Chin Tucks – 2x10 reps
- Cat-Cow Stretch – 2x10 reps
- Doorway Pec Stretch – 3x30 sec each side
- Posture reminders every 30–60 mins
- Strengthen upper back: rows, face pulls, reverse flys
- Stretch chest and hip flexors regularly
