Just got a pack of potassium chloride from bulk supplements in hopes to debloat. Anyone have any luck with this? If so how should I dose it, I don’t have a gram scale so was looking to just dose with tsps. Also how many mg would be in a tsp?

Measuring without a scale is hard, can be tricky and not safe. Adults usually need around 3,500 4,700 milligrams of potassium each day. A teaspoon of potassium chloride powder contains about 2,500 2,600 mg. Using a precise milligram scale would be safer though.
