i've been seeing this trend where people consume 4x potassium to sodium in order to lose face fat/bloating, mostly by drinking coconut water and eating bananas etc. i am curious is this a real strat? and if so, what are the best sources of K for this strat?
(also, what are some actually palatable coconut drinks because i've had a coconut water drink like once and it tasted horrible)
