I've been trying to research and try and fix a LOT of my problems that i have and doing certain things to fix them and part way through my journey i gave up many times for multiple months because i lost hope and did not believe in myself which delayed my progress by a lot and today i learnt one massive problem that is holding me back from ascending further which since i know the problem now i can fix it i have already dealt with the hard part.


all im saying is dont ldar plsssssss just keep trying
