If I had a child between the ages of 11 and 19, in the midst of a growth spurt, this is what I would feed them:

(project 6"6 Gigachad)

- oysters
- royal jelly
- bee pollen
- shilajit
- goose liver
- beef liver too
- nettle tea (explain later)
- goat colostrum
- milk
- potatoes
- bone broth
- gelatin
- sunlight lots

I would also make sure that this Giga Chad project spends as much time as possible outdoors, with both direct and indirect exposure to sunlight.

And consume lots of animal protein (only) and more simple sugars like Coca-Cola and ice cream.

He would sleep like a baby

at the end of the day, just as nature works. Nature only rewards the best hunters in the tribe.
