You will go through a period where you can’t seem to lose weight until at some point of you eat too little you become bones. Stress from hunger can also cause hormones that increase weight loss. Fat is used by your body for long term energy. I would recommend eating 800-1200 cals a day, 800 min and 1200 max. Workout, cardio will def help more and make you feel better than this stupid ed bs. Work smarter not harder. This is the best method i found for weight loss, and you won’t lose as much muscle and be healthier and skinnier
