okay so im a pubmed nerd so ik this topic well, u can do eye muscle excerises by creating resitance with ur finger by pulling ue eyes further and then trying to blink and hold it, OR u can use tape from the start of the muscle to the end of the muscle which both creates resitance when u blink to build that muscle but because of the tape it fires messages to ur brain to keep firing that muscle which grow it further idk if i explained it well but it works 100% based off studies and my own personal story

even in hospitals they tell people with eyelid ptosis (droopy upper eyelid which means more upper eyelid exposure) to do these excerises it does work and my eyes were always pretty good but it made it look even more lifted than it already was before and ppl noticed aswell
