Male features seem to be predomantly about being punched in the face.
- Brad pitt jawline (forgot the science terminology, but its the two bones on the rear and sides of the jaw) makes jaw more robust for being punched in the face.
- Caveman ogre browbone to make someone's fist hurt for punching you in the forehead or eyes.
- Hunter eyes instead of bug eyes for reducing chance of eye injury from a punch.
- Female hormones redirect fat to the midface, male hormones put fat on the jaw to cause ugly saggy jawline, causing more cushion when punched in the jaw protecting the jaw more. Jaw is most common area to be punched and the cheekbone is robust already
- Wide shoulders to generate more torque when punching
- Most males have small testicles and small pp to make them more effective in combat, balls r a weak point
Probably these features are so common in males, because males lacking the features did not survive as long and thus did not reproduce as much
