I tend to attract beckys from time to time, but mostly attract looksmatch (hlmtn). Was wondering if building a good physique raises the bracket at all, possibly attracting htb or does it just cause a higher number of "looksmatch" matches

wtf is a hlmtn, n***a ur just lmtn

Did working out/building muscle do anything for you, or is it just "cope"?
Will depends of your starting base. Doing any kind of fitness should be a healthmaxx first to age gracefully and staying fit as you grow older.
That's said, if you're hella tall and already good looking and/or has a wide frame you can do bodybuilding.

If you're shorter and average/below average, you just need to stay lean and athletic, and not falling for the winter arc bulking cope

yh never fucking bulk as its bure bullshit

Having a good muscular body will obviously enhance your overall appeal

Well I've had compliments on my body before, but I don't work out. I'm slighty above average in height, slightly below average in looks. Not looking to "hulk out", more like just get a nice lean muscular look. Just was curious if it helps significantly, or it's mostly bs and I should focus more on it being a good health boost rather than an attraction magnet

You can train on a regular basis, calisthenics, cardio if you want. You'll gain health points, mobility and stamina and still build muscles as a "side effect" of your training, just not to a bodybuilder level tho, and still be considered sexy by lot of women

If you have the same facecard then sure, but unless he's hella short, this guy is prob cruising TRT
No, not even close to same facecard. It works when you're gl otherwise it comes off as tryhard I assume? So I should aim for 12-15% body fat, and build only a bit of muscle?

It will depends of bones and muscles insertions, you'll 100% not getting exactly a physique like this.
Do whatever you want, if you're natty you'll be limited by the amount of muscle mass you can put on anyways. The key is to stay consistent and enjoying what you do in the long run, and not like, giving up after one year.

I always said it, you still need to enjoy life. Eating a hamburger with your friends and/or your favorite woman will still be more important than counting the grains of rice to reach an unrealistic body goal.
