Just use topical tretinoin.
In theory you can, but in practice both compounds are harsh on the liver, therefore increase the risks of dangerous side effects

Just got prescribed accutane by a doctor. I eouldnt want tretoin bc it isnt as harsh as accutane and besides that accutane is also anti inflammatory so im hoping that can help me look leaner. But my liver should be fine ish since im going to the doctor 1s a month to check on it
