I don't think theres any fat on the nose, just a thick skin who can be thinned with hydrocortisone BUT long term you'll just see more capillaries appearing on the nose areas

My third time doing this and this time I’ll pull through with it completely in one day not spread throughout time.

Nose:
2 Cog threads
3 screw threads
Concept=

blue=Cog
red=Screw
Orange=Also screw jfl

Chin:
2 or 4 screw threads
I’m gonna do this so that basically I go laterally not horizontally in the lower region of the chin,I don’t have a visual concept for this one. Ideally I’ll go for 1 or 2 for each side.

Eye lift (by the temples):
2 or 3 cog threads
