Very quick NoFap guide
So basically there are only 2 ways to do NoFap:
1. A gradual life fix
2. Become sexhaver
Lets look option 1 first.
1. A gradual life fix
I would divide fapping into 2: high t and dopamine based. High t is when you have a high libido and thus need to nut. Dopamine based is when your brain makes you fap for dopamine and you wouldn't even be able to get hard in front of a woman. The way to fix both is to be focused on something else. If you have nothing to do and lay in bed for 10 hours a day NoFap becomes impossible. So you have to be constantly doing something and then be tired so you dont fap. Addittionally leanmaxxing helps with nofap, it reduces your desires a lot
