In this thread we going to have a lil summary about popular drugs knowing what they do and their sides effects.

I am not gonna talk about the dose , most studies suggest a really small amount of dose for safety issue and those small dose don’t give the expected results

Weight Loss / Metabolic drugs

Sibutramine : Suppresses appetite by increasing serotonin and norepinephrine

Expected good effects : Helps reduce weight by decreasing appetite.

Common side effects : Increased blood pressure, dry mouth or even insomnia

Rare severe side effects: Heart attack (really rare ),stroke, psychiatric issues.

Orlistat : Fat absorption blocker.

Good: Reduces fat intake, helps in weight loss

Common: Oily stools, diarrhea and even flatulence

Rare: Liver injury.

DNP (2,4-Dinitrophenol) : Very strong fat burner.

Good: Really rapid fat loss

Common: Sweating, rapid heart rate, overheating.

Rare/Severe: Fatal hyperthermia, organ failure.

Debloating drugs :

Eplerenone – Aldosterone blocker, lowers BP.

Good: Reduces fluid retention, protects heart.

Common: High potassium, dizziness.

Rare: Severe kidney issues, arrhythmias.

Furosemide – Loop diuretic.

Good: Reduces fluid buildup really quickly

Common: Dehydration ,electrolytes imbalance.

Rare: Kidney damage, hearing loss.

Hair and skin drugs :

Latisse (Bimatoprost) : Eyelash growth.

Good: Longer darker and better lashes.

Common: Eye irritation or something darkening of eyelids.

Rare: Eye pressure changes, pigment changes in iris.

Dutasteride : DHT blocker, male pattern hair loss.

Good: Slows or even reverses hair loss

Common: Decreased libido, erectile issues.

Rare: Depression, breast changes, high-risk prostate changes.

Finasteride : DHT blocker.

Good: Hair regrowth prevention.

Common: Sexual side effects.

Rare: Severe depression, male breast cancer (very rare).

Oral Minoxidil : Hair growth stimulator.

Good: Hair regrowth in bald areas.

Common: Flushing, low BP, fluid retention.

Rare: Heart palpitations

Tretinoin : reduce Acne / anti-aging effect

Good: Reduce both wrinkles and acne, hyperpigmentation

Common: Irritation, redness

Rare: Severe skin reactions, photosensitivity. (Very rare )

Hormones/Peptides

HGH : Growth, fat loss, recovery.

Good: Muscle, recovery, fat reduction.

Common: Water retention (bloating) , joint pain

Rare: Diabetes,organ overgrowth.

GHRP2 or GHRP6 : Growth hormone secretagogues.

Good: Boost Hgh naturally.

Common: Increased hunger

Rare: Insulin resistance, joint issues.

Melanotan 2 : Skin tanning & libido.

Good: Darkens skin, libido increase.

Common: Nausea, spontaneous erections.

Rare: Moles darkening, unknown long-term cancer risk.

Testosterone : Primary male hormone replacement.

Good: Muscle growth, mood improvement
.

Common: Acne, potential hair loss, testicular shrinkage.

Rare: liver issues, heart problems.

Anavar : Mild anabolic steroid.

Good: Muscle gain, fat loss and less side effects with low liver toxicity chances that test

Common: Testosterone suppression, cholesterol imbalances

Rare: Liver toxicity(less common than test ), severe hormone imbalance.

Winstrol : Anabolic steroid

Good: Lean muscle gain, strength gain

Common: Joint pain, liver stress, cholesterol issues.

Rare: Liver failure, severe hormonal disruption.

Nootropics drugs

Semax – Cognitive enhancer, neuroprotective.

Good: Memory, focus, anxiety reduction.

Common: Irritation, mild headaches.

Rare: Rare neurological effects, unknown long-term safety.

Dihexa – Experimental cognitive enhancer.

Good: May improve synapse formation, memory.

Common: Anxiety, headaches.

Rare: Unknown neurotoxicity long-term.

Noopept – Nootropic, neuroprotective.

Good: Focus, learning, memory.

Common: Irritability, headache.

Rare: Sleep disturbances, severe mood changes.

Bromantan – Stimulant / adaptogen.

Good: Fatigue resistance, focus.

Common: Insomnia, anxiety, elevated BP.

Rare: Liver toxicity, arrhythmia.

Some tips :

Some can be combined (SARMs with peptides), but stacking increases risks never combine multiple liver-toxic or any drugs with similar side effects

Combining similar pathways (two DHT blockers, two liver-stressing compounds) is dangerous.

Blood work for drugs when and why ?

Absolutely needed: Hormone-altering drugs like roids and HGH

Optional / less critical: Oral DHT blockers like dut , oral minoxidil and oral retinoids.

Not usually needed: Topical skin drugs, most nootropics.

Why: To catch liver damage, kidney stress, hormonal imbalances and prevent long-term organ issues

Have a good day bhai :peepoLove:

Listing 20 drugs is effort? As opposed to actually writing my shit and researching it, stop tagging me dumbass
How much research does your water threads take
