Discussion quitting vaping impacts on looks

in the process of quitting smoking and vaping by weening off(chronic smoker of 5 years), not necessarily for aesthetic reasons but fitness related.

Interested to know if anyone here has noticed aesthetic improvement after quitting nicotine or smoking in general

Yeah collagen diff but that's water hair difference, skin but it's nothing groundbreaking like surgery

i’m not sure i’m not any heavier, maybe like one kg but i just look more bloated, maybe some type of withdrawal symptom, ill be picking it up again ive only quit as a little detox
