MTN but your palate indeed looks narrow. That would be the biggest thing to work on.

Palate is the meaning of life.

lMTN, midface caries. Try a few different haircuts and get a palate expander and you could probably get hMTN

Also, go to the gym and eat clean; exercise and diet boost your test, which boosts everything in life.

You think I could be covered by insurance at 17 for marpe. I know it will transform my face and nose. And I need better lower third. I have difficulty breathing sometimes and snore so I’ll go to ent first to try and get it covered.

I am in no way, shape, or form qualified to give you medical advice. That said, I am a premed student. I do not think that a marpe will change much for you. You have a decently wide maxilla, and while it may be a little undersized, I think your masseter being underdeveloped is a larger issue. Definitely go to an ortho clinic because they would be the ones doing the work on you.

Ok. Not to sound like I have eg, but I think I have very good features except for nose and bridge support for it and forward projection. I have long jaw with good angling. I think I could be like extraordinarily handsome if I fixed narrow lower third. Dosen’t getting marpe if I can get insurance to cover it do this while helping masseters?

Im going to ent first, that’s good call right? I want to do this as early as possible so bigger change in face is seen. I’m not taking ur advice like I would from a doctor, just curious

Ent can give you good ortho recs, and they will most likely be the ones who will tell your insurance whether or not it should be covered. You have a great eye area. The marpe will help with midface projection and may help your masseter. You'll need further ortho work after the marpe as well.

Like what? I thought that was it and maybe face mask. I already had brace. Thanks for help. I’m pissed at childhood orthordontist. All they care about is teeth being straight.

That isn't going to fix your nonexistent zygos. You lack anterior projection. MARPE will just expand them horizontally not forward.

Alr. I don’t really care about that. I just want wider jaw. And I’ll do cardio. Ik I have naturally high cheekbones. Idk what u r really talking about. I’m good with how I look. Just a tiny bit more forward projection and width. Then workout a lot with cardio and lifting.

> All they care about is teeth being straight.

That is what they are trained on, ofc they learn about jaws and palates, but their job description unless they are a cuck "airway orthodontist" is to straighten your teeth and correct your palate. If they can straighten your teeth and correct your bite and give you room for 28 teeth (wisdom teeth are cope), that is all they are really there for. I don't know any orthodontist who has expanded a child unless they were already made aware of sleep concerns or shit like that.

Ye, my b. But still annoys me

Bro I’m not trying to be a model. Not everyone cares about zygos projection
Zygos can mask flaws like UEE though, which tbf you don't struggle with.

K. Ye I’m like average. But with marpe maybe I can be a little above a 5/10
How is your bite? Do you have a normal/perfect bite? MARPE is gonna fuck your bite up if your teeth and bite are aligned, you will need LJS too in order to widen the lower arch.

My trethink are not really aligned but they are straight. It’s cause jaw is asymmetrical. Not that noticeable but for teeth it is. There is crossover

I’ll just get lower arch expansion at same time. They normally are with marpe so that bottom matches top.

dont mock please
A bit esoteric but I think possibly you could change your smile? It's very awkward-looking because you're not pulling with some of your outer chin muscles. K-pop stars have been perfecting smiles based on their face shapes for years. Could be something to look into if you want a more natural look.
