ltn fix your acne, even out and fill your eyebrows and then trim them a little to shape them and probably mtn with some loss of bf and face fat
 
it depends on how your skin looks now tbh
your eyelid exposure isnt that bad but i get what youre saying about upper lid exposure
you can work on that with a haircut and maybe some facial exercises to strengthen your eyelid muscles over time
id say your bone structure is good, it's not the most important factor anyway
